PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

A. Shipping costs and information:

A shipment of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The shipping of your order will be done by Swiss Post, DHL. FedEx or DPD. The respective shipping costs are not included in our prices and are paid additionally by the customer.

If you want shipping to another country, then please write us an e-mail (support@easytolive.de) before ordering and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

The shipping costs are 7.40 CHF within Switzerland, 6.90 EUR in Germany and 6.90 EUR in Austria.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). C. Detailed information on the individual payment options

I. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

II. Paypal

Only a few steps to payment:
1. choose “PayPal” as payment method at checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user information and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.

III. Apple pay

Apple Pay is the payment method of the Apple company. This form of online transfer is available exclusively on Apple devices, for example:

Apple Pay is offered in more than 35 countries, with credit cards from around 2,600 banks and financial institutions supporting Apple Pay transfers.

Apple Pay is only visible as a payment method in our webshop when our system recognizes that you are paying using an Apple device. This process takes place automatically. If you choose to pay with Apple Pay, you must authenticate the online transfer via Touch ID or Face ID. To pay online with Apple Pay, you need an Apple device, an Apple ID and a credit card.Users deposit their payment data in the Wallet app. With a fingerprint or face scan, they confirm that they want to pay in the online store with Apple Pay. Ultimately, this is a credit card payment.

IIII. Google pay

The simple and fast way to pay in stores, in apps or on the web. Simply pay with what you have at hand anyway – Android smartphone or smartwatch. Faster than reaching for your wallet or paying with a giro card. Google Pay works everywhere you see the corresponding Google Pay symbol. Google Pay already works with numerous debit or credit cards. In addition, any bank account can be deposited in Google Pay via PayPal.

Google Pay protects your payment information through multiple layers of security. Your card number is not stored on the smartphone at any time, but an encrypted virtual account number is used instead. For higher payment amounts (depending on the credit institution deposited), you must additionally unlock your device. And if your smartphone is lost, you can remotely search for it, lock it, or delete the contents stored on it – unlike your conventional wallet. So your account is always safe.

You can also earn rewards from Google Partners and store your favorite cards – all in one place.

V. TWINT

If you choose a payment method of the payment service provider “TWINT”, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider TWINT AG (Stauffacherstrasse 31, CH-8004 Zurich, hereinafter “TWINT”), to whom we will pass on your information provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). The transfer of your data takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider TWINT and only insofar as it is necessary for this purpose.

VI. PostFinance

If you choose a payment method of the payment service provider “PostFinance”, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PostFinance AG ( MIngerstrasse 20, CH-3030 Bern, hereinafter Postfinance), to which we will pass on your information provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). The transfer of your data is solely for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider PostFinance. and only insofar as it is necessary for this purpose.

VII. SOFORT

If the payment method “SOFORT” is selected, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich (hereinafter “SOFORT”). In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via “SOFORT”, the customer must have an online banking account that has been activated for participation in “SOFORT”, must identify himself accordingly during the payment process and must confirm the payment instruction to “SOFORT”. The payment transaction will be executed immediately afterwards by “SOFORT” and the customer’s bank account will be debited. VIII. POWERPAY

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s<a href=https://www.powerpay.ch/en/agb target=”_blank”>GTC</a>. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

You will receive the single invoice free of charge by email. With purchase on invoice you accept the <a href=https://www.powerpay.ch/en/agb target=”_blank”>GTC</a> from POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/en/agb), provided you have a valid email address.

IX. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), German Branch, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Installment purchase : With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. The use of the payment methods invoice and installment purchase requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. 2. Delivery time information

Our delivery time is 5-7 working days.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Swiss warehouse SG Spedition AG or our German warehouse SG Spedition AG. We are pleased to draw your attention to the fact that additional time must be calculated for orders placed during the vacation season or sales season.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed and then shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain your tracking information for delivery.

3. Right of cancellation

Consumers do not have a right of cancellation in Switzerland. This means that the customer cannot change his mind after the online purchase and cannot cancel or exchange the order. Thus, the refund for the purchase is also not applicable.
